During the cleaning process dirt that is not dissolved is carried away by the solvent. Through the filtration of the solvent, the insoluble dirt is then removed from the cleaning bath. Roto-Disc, a powderless spin filtration system, traps impurities with a special 30 micron fine mesh fabric. Filtering pressure increases with the build-up of soil and other matters on the filter discs. Filter regeneration is fast and simple as the Roto-Disc spins itself clean, drains into the distiller and refills automatically with no emission of or exposure to perc vapors. It is as simple as starting the program on the IL-1 computer. An all carbon post filter is provided for the removal of fugitive dyes.

Our classic refrigeration group design continues to allow easy accessibility when servicing the refrigeration coil, heat pump coil and solvent cooling coil. Engineered and designed with the operator in mind, this unique and well proven system allows for the removal of individual refrigeration group components without the loss of freon or the removal of the entire system.
