Columbia\Ilsa’s
Industry Leading QUICK Drying machine.
Imagine
completing a drying cycle quicker than ever! Its possible
with the Columbia/ILSA TD Mach 2 Quick-Dry Series
of machines. Airflow is directed into the drum center thanks
to a special loading door with a built-in deflector. The filter
and button traps are incorporated into the airflow system.
By saturating the air stream up to 90% as it leaves the drum
during the drying cycle, the time required to recover solvent
and completely dry the load is reduced by as much as 50%
Our
patented loading door is one of the reasons for the fast drying
time in our Quick-Dry series. Features include
stainless steel construction, built-in deflector, gentle drying
and less lint. This door is standard on both the T.D. Mach
2 and our Hydrocarbon TL HCS machines.
The pre-pump strainer keeps pins and other debris from clogging
the pump. Protects pump seal from deteriorating for longer
service life and reduced downtime.
Our
stainless steel inline refrigerated solvent cooler allows
for optimum solvent cleaning performance. Adjust solvent washing
temperatures by preset program or instant manual selection.
With self-sealing, quick disconnect fittings on the freon
coil, cleaning is made simple, keeping your machine running
at optimum performance. (See E-Z Access Self-Sealed Refrigeration
Coils)
